Mr. Villarruel's experience in professional architecture and land planning began in 1978. Antonio's experience has focused on the planning and production phases of the design process, remaining actively involved during the construction process. Antonio specializes in issues of cost control, effective contract management. He has broad experience in constructability and code compliance issues, and has worked closely with all levels of State and Local governing agencies.

Elham has over 5 years of professional experience with Villarruel Architects and is involved with all phases of design and planning. She brings particular skill and focus to efficient and thoroughly functional plan layout and space utilization and proven ability to produce visually exciting and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Oscar has a strong background in public projects, commercial and custom residential projects. He has expertise in all phases construction including preliminary design, design development, construction documents, government approvals, and construction administration.

Peter has experience in public projects, commercial and custom residential projects. He has expertise in all phases of construction including preliminary design, design development, construction documents, government approvals, and construction administration.

Tony has a wide range of experience with commercial and institutional projects, including DSA processing. He has extensive background with CAD drawing production, building design and technical support.

Elizabeth is an experienced architectural project secretary. She will act as the primary support technician for data transcription, application preparation, format designations, project reporting and correspondence.
